This Privacy Policy applies to the PixImagine mobile application ("Application") developed by EFSoft ("Service Provider"). This policy explains how we collect, use, transmit, and store information when you use the Application.

The Application collects limited information necessary to provide its functionality:

• Account Information: If you create an account or sign in, we may collect identifiers such as your email address or internal user ID.
• User Content: Text prompts you enter for AI image generation.
• Uploaded Images: If you use image transformation features, you may upload images which may contain personal visual content, including human faces.
• Generated Images: AI-generated images created using the Application, which may be stored in your account under the “Creations” section.

Collected information is used solely to:

• Generate AI-based images requested by you
• Process uploaded images for AI-based transformation
• Store and display generated images in your account
• Maintain and provide Application functionality

The Application does not use your data for advertising purposes, behavioral profiling, or cross-app tracking.

The Application may allow users to upload images for AI-based stylization or transformation. Uploaded images may contain human faces.

What face data is collected?
The Application does not collect, extract, analyze, or store biometric identifiers, facial recognition data, facial geometry, facial landmarks, or facial templates. If an uploaded image contains a face, the entire image is processed as standard image data solely for transformation purposes.

How face data is used:
If an uploaded image contains a face, the image is processed only to generate the AI-based result requested by the user (e.g., artistic transformation or stylization). The Application does not perform facial recognition, identity verification, authentication, or user profiling.

Face data retention:
Uploaded source images containing faces are not permanently retained by the Application unless explicitly saved by the user. If not saved, they are not stored after processing.

Generated images may be stored in the user’s account under the “Creations” section until deleted by the user.

To provide AI-based image generation and transformation features, the Application transmits user-submitted data to the following third-party service provider:

• Replicate, Inc.

The transmitted data may include:

• Text prompts
• Image generation parameters
• Uploaded images (which may contain faces)

The data is transmitted solely to generate the requested AI output.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Replicate, Inc. processes submitted data in accordance with its own privacy and data handling policies. Data retention and storage practices of Replicate, Inc. are governed by their independent policies. The Service Provider does not control independent third-party retention practices.

Generated images are stored in your account to allow future access within the “Creations” section. You may delete generated images at any time.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email address below.

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
